WARRANTY: 

Here’s a fun fact: “Lifetime warranty” usually means the lifetime of the product - and the company gets to decide when that life is over.

When stitching frays, velcro quits, or fabric fades, they can just shrug and say, “its lifetime is up.” That’s not our style.

Here’s our Tier 1 Warranty:

• We cover your purchase for a full year against any defects in materials or workmanship.
• If something fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just ship it back to us.
• What’s not covered: misuse, abuse, ignoring care instructions, normal wear and tear, personal mods, or anything outside intended use.
• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
