Chest Rig Expander Wings
The Expander Wings add an additional 3x columns of MOLLE, front and back, to each side of any placard you attach them to. This makes them the perfect add on for your Chest Rig if you’re looking for the ability to carry more gear like radio pouches, general purpose pouches, medical gear, etc, or if you’re looking to attach similar gear off the sides of your plate bags behind your cummerbund.
They’re stiffened with CURV® Thermoplastic to keep them rigid, making them ideal for carrying potentially heavier items like Military Radios without sagging.
To keep the overall width to an absolute minimum when added to our Chest Rig, the 3rd column of MOLLE is made from .5” loops located in-line with the 1” loops located on the ends designed to receive the split bar buckles from our Standard Harness. So on each wing, you have 2x standard laser cut columns of MOLLE and 1x column of MOLLE made from .5” laminate loops. See images for a visual description.

- Laminate material is an extremely durable laser cuttable laminate comprised of a 500D front thickly bonded to a 1000D back.
- We utilize a specialized hook velcro that is noticeably stronger and longer lasting than Velcro brand hook.
- All products are BERRY Compliant, MIL-SPEC, and Made in America.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
- We gladly accept all returns on the condition that the items being returned are in NEW condition. We cannot accept used, damaged, or laundered items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- All items will be carefully inspected before issuing a refund.
- Customer is responsible for any and all shippings costs.
- Returns made outside of the 30 day window are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

When will my order ship?
Lead time on all of our products is currently 3-5 days. Once shipped, an order fulfilled email will be sent to you via the email address used to order and tracking information will be provided.
Can I get my order expedited?
No. We fulfill orders as fast as possible in the order in which they’re received.
Can we combine two orders to avoid extra shipping?
No. However, if you place an order and realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP. We can cancel the order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet so that you can place a new one. Otherwise, please ensure all items are added to your cart before checking out.
Can I get my items shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes! Ensure you allow plenty of time for your items to arrive though as these orders will take a bit more time to process through to your APO. We are not responsible for items that do not make it to you before you change locations.
Do you offer a Military/Law Enforcement discount?
We do not. Instead, we discount our A-JAC Bundles 5% to EVERYONE. We can, however, offer a case dependent discount on bulk or unit/department purchases.
