Chest Rig Expander Wings
The Expander Wings add an additional 3x columns of MOLLE, front and back, to each side of any placard you attach them to. This makes them the perfect add on for your Chest Rig if you’re looking for the ability to carry more gear like radio pouches, general purpose pouches, medical gear, etc, or if you’re looking to attach similar gear off the sides of your plate bags behind your cummerbund.
They’re stiffened with CURV® Thermoplastic to keep them rigid, making them ideal for carrying potentially heavier items like Military Radios without sagging.
To keep the overall width to an absolute minimum when added to our Chest Rig, the 3rd column of MOLLE is made from .5” loops located in-line with the 1” loops located on the ends designed to receive the split bar buckles from our Standard Harness. So on each wing, you have 2x standard laser cut columns of MOLLE and 1x column of MOLLE made from .5” laminate loops. See images for a visual description.

Here’s a fun fact: “Lifetime warranty” usually means the lifetime of the product - and the company gets to decide when that life is over.
When stitching frays, velcro quits, or fabric fades, they can just shrug and say, “its lifetime is up.” That’s not our style.
Here’s our Tier 1 Warranty:
- We cover your purchase for a full year against any defects in materials or workmanship.
- If something fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just ship it back to us.
- What’s not covered: misuse, abuse, ignoring care instructions, normal wear and tear, personal mods, or anything outside intended use.
