The Chest Rig Placard is a compact, lightweight, loop lined cell with laser cut MOLLE on the front and sides that was designed to be used as either the core of our Chest Rig or as a standalone magazine placard for your plate carrier.

To carry magazines, you’ll need to add an insert! The Chest Rig Placard can accommodate our THINsert or a multitude of other inserts on the market.

To run the Chest Rig Placard as a chest rig: 

You have two different options: you can build out your chest rig as a Standard Chest Rig or what we call a Modern Chest Rig that utilizes a cummerbund and easily integrates INTO your plate carrier instead of being worn OVER it. Read the individual product descriptions to see which build better suits your needs and the necessary components for each build.

To run the Chest Rig Placard as a magazine placard for your plate carrier:

You’ll need to add the desired Hardware. The Placard comes standard with 1” male ITW buckles, so to attach to your plate carrier, you’ll need to add either the QASM Buckles for receiving those included male buckles or add the G-Hooks to use in lieu of plastic hardware.

• Compatible with our Expander Wings, dangler style pouches, and side wing style pouches because of the included removable backer
• 4” x 9.5” hook on back for secure attachment to a plate carrier
