Detachable Grid
The Detachable Grid offers the operator the ability to attach any pack that attaches via MOLLE to the Grid, thus making any pack into a detachable pack. Packs or panels that attach via zippers can also be attached with zipper adaptors that attach via MOLLE. While packs can also be attached directly to the back of our A-JAC, there are many benefits in being able to retrieve your own gear from your own pack. The Detachable Grid combines these benefits with the pack of your choice.
The Detachable Grid utilizes a series of buckles that can quickly be unbuckled to completely remove the Grid from the rear plate bag. The Grid can then be quickly reattached to the rear plate bag once when done. The buckles can be found on both shoulders and one around the waist to secure the bottom.
NOTE:
Some people ask why the waist strap wraps around your waist instead of attaching somewhere on the cummerbund. We have run this in the real world, and the waist strap around the waist is the most ideal way to run it for 3 reasons:
- If the waist strap routes over the cummerbund, it makes all gear on the cummerbund much more difficult to get to.
- If the waist strap routes over the cummerbund and gear is removed from the cummerbund (like a mag from a mag pouch) the waist strap will now be looser, because the overall thickness of the cummerbund that the waist strap was adjusted to has now changed.
- If the waist strap routes over the cummerbund and gear is removed from the cummerbund (like a mag from a mag pouch) it would be extremely difficult to re-index the mag into the mag pouch. This is to say that it would make a tactical reload nearly impossible.
Running one singular waist strap is the fastest way to reattach the Detachable Grid to your Plate Bags.

- Miscellaneous gear like GP pouches or Medical gear can also be attached in lieu of a pack.
- Hardware is removable incase you want to switch the shoulder QASM buckles for G-Hooks.
- 3/16” Holes provided all over for running 550 cord or 1/8” Shock cord for attaching miscellaneous gear to the Grid.

Here’s a fun fact: “Lifetime warranty” usually means the lifetime of the product - and the company gets to decide when that life is over.
When stitching frays, velcro quits, or fabric fades, they can just shrug and say, “its lifetime is up.” That’s not our style.

- We cover your purchase for a full year against any defects in materials or workmanship.
- If something fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just ship it back to us.
- What’s not covered: misuse, abuse, ignoring care instructions, normal wear and tear, personal mods, or anything outside intended use.

When will my order ship?
All products usually ship within 1-3 days. Once shipped, an order fulfilled email with tracking info will be sent to you via the email address used to order.
We do our best to ship products as fast as possible. Some orders may go out faster than this. If your order will take longer than this for any reason, we will do our best to notify you.
Can I get my order expedited?
We offer Priority Mail Shipping at checkout for a few extra bucks! This won't get it out the door faster to you, but it will get it to you faster once it's shipped.
Can we combine two orders to avoid extra shipping?
No. However, if you place an order and realize you’ve made a mistake, contact us ASAP. We can cancel the order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet so that you can place a new one. Otherwise, please ensure all items are added to your cart before checking out.
Can I get my items shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes! Ensure you allow plenty of time for your items to arrive though as these orders will take a bit more time to process through to your APO. We are not responsible for items that do not make it to you before you change locations.
