Refunds:

Full Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your items. An email notifying you that your refund is on it's way will be sent to you automatically. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Returns: 

You have 60 days to return new and unused items for a cost free return and 100% refund (minus shipping). 

If your items are used and no longer in new condition, you can still return them cost free for a 70% refund. 

We do not accept returns for fire sale items (40% off or more). 

If you need to make an exchange, the best way to do that is to return the original item and place an order for the new item.

Please contact or email us at sales@javlinconcepts.com with your order number. We're highly responsive to calls and emails. We'll reply within 24 hours with a paid for return label for you to send back your items.

We cover your purchase for a full year against any defects in materials or workmanship.

If something fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just ship it back to us.

What’s not covered: misuse, abuse, ignoring care instructions, normal wear and tear, personal mods, or anything outside intended use.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
