Keep in mind the use of radios, side plates, etc. when selecting the cummerbund size!

AJAC 2.0 Plate Bags
From low profile setups to full on assaulter load outs, the AJAC 2.0 surpasses expectations, offering unparalleled comfort, adaptability, and user agility. Dubbed the "JAC of all trades," our design ethos revolves around maximizing operator capabilities, no matter the mission set. What makes our gear unique?
Start with top loading plate bags. Hard to think of a reason you’d want the closure mechanism on the bottom.
Because of our top loading design, the top flap can be adjusted to remove all vertical play of the plate within the plate bag. Horizontal play with small or swimmer cut plates can be removed by including our Velcro One Wrap Width Adjustor Kit. To accommodate thicker plates, we utilize a 4-way stretch material on the inside of our plate bags.
Our design also props up the rear plate bag so the weight is carried high on the back. This allows the operator to maintain proper posture without having to crane their neck forward to counterbalance a low hanging or sagging rear plate bag. It makes a HUGE difference in comfort.
Another simple thing we do that drastically increases comfort is that we make sure our shoulder straps don’t ride up on your neck. You should only have to pop your collar to look cool, not to have to save your neck from being chaffed the entire time you're out on mission.

Multi-Configurable Rigid (MCR) Cummerbund
The Multi-Configurable Rigid (MCR) Cummerbund is a structured cummerbund designed to carry the heavier plate carrier loadouts of MIL/LE operators.
The entirety of the cummerbund is stiffened with CURV® thermoplastic for both stability and weight distribution and can be attached to ANY plate bag, because the cummerbund can attach to the rear plate bag either by Velcro or solely 1/8” shock cord.
The front portion of the cummerbund that attaches to the front plate bag can also be configured to attach in multiple ways, either via Velcro or FIRSTSPEAR® TUBES™ (Female Adaptors sold separately or as an upgrade). REMEMBER: FIRSTSPEAR® TUBES™ are comprised of both a female AND a male side. If you add the Female Adaptors as an upgrade here or purchase them separately, ensure you also have the MALE adaptors.
The stretch portion of the cummerbund is also adjustable for either more or less flexibility. Run the shock cord through both columns of holes (as pictured) for less flex to hold more weight or through just a single column of holes for slightly more flexibility.
The 3/4” Velcro One Wrap is provided for either cable / comms management or for attaching our FIRSTSPEAR® TUBES™ Female Adaptors (sold separately or as an upgrade)
The MCR Cummerbund is also side plate compatible with either our side plates or any side plates that have Hook Velcro as an attachment method to the inner Loop Velcro side of the Cummerbund. The rigidly of the cummerbund obtained via the CURV® thermoplastic prevents any sagging that might occur with non-rigid cummerbunds.
At only 3” tall, this is one of the lowest bulk, lightest weight, simplistic, and adaptable cummerbunds on the market and is compatible with any and all pouches that attach via MOLLE/PALS webbing.
