Refunds:

Full Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your items. An email notifying you that your refund is on it's way will be sent to you automatically. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Returns: 

You have 60 days to return new and unused items for a cost free return and 100% refund (minus shipping). 

If your items are used and no longer in new condition, you can still return them cost free for a 70% refund. 

We do not accept returns for fire sale items (40% off or more). 

If you need to make an exchange, the best way to do that is to return the original item and place an order for the new item.

We cover your purchase for a full year against any defects in materials or workmanship.

If something fails because of a defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Just ship it back to us.

What’s not covered: misuse, abuse, ignoring care instructions, normal wear and tear, personal mods, or anything outside intended use.

If the A-JAC isn’t the most comfortable plate carrier you’ve ever worn, we’ll give you $100 back. You don’t have to return anything. Keep it!

• Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. 
• The $100 Comfort Guarantee is calculated off the base MSRP of the qualifying items above, not discounted price paid. Any discount already applied to your order counts toward the $100. 

Example: The A-JAC 3.0 Modular Plate Carrier has an MSRP of $459.85. Purchased at that base MSRP, you would receive the full $100 back. Purchased at 10% off, you've already saved $45.99, so a Comfort Guarantee claim would refund the remaining $54.01. If you purchased at 25% off, you've already saved $114.96 (more than $100) so no additional refund would be issued.
